Our Mission
Panama Land Star sells ocean view real estate and development property on the west coast of the Azuero peninsula in Panama, 50 miles south of Panama’s commercial hub Santiago, Veraguas. We are developing high quality, low density titled lots, and sell property and acreage with honest negotiations and respect for both the buyer and seller. We strive to make property owning as easy and stress free as possible, and are a family run business that attempts to keep our community growing with a satisfied clientele.

Our History
After driving from Texas across Mexico and Central America, our explorations brought us to Panama. We traveled the country indulging in everything from the fantastic night life in Panama City to the beautiful mountains of Bouqete. Once we arrived at the west coast of the Azuero, it felt like home. With its green, sprawling hills and enchanting coast line, we knew this was the best. Because our area has one of the few westerly facing views, the sunsets make the place even more special. We have permanently relocated to the area and plan to raise our two children here. Because we live and work in the community, we hope to see positive growth for the local population as well as strong emphasis on ecotourism. Through our site you will find everything the Azuero has to offer, from world class fishing to owning your own home. Come help us build our community!
Accessibility
Our developments are about one hour’s drive south of Santiago, centrally located in Panama. You will be able to find lawyers, groceries, building materials, sporting goods, car rentals, hotels, and more within this short, but scenic drive. Our clients will also have access to a private runway located within minutes of all development projects. Internet and cellular service, can be found within a few minutes drive.
World class fishing is within a few miles from the shores of the Azuero. You can find fishing tours year round with local fisherman.
Ecotourism
There are several ecotourism projects and possibilities in this area. We have found everything from gold mining, whale watching, surfing, kayaking, reef diving, lobster catching, botanical gardens, waterfalls and even local jewelry making! The beaches and rivers offer excellent accessibility for boat launching and potential marinas.
